Joseph Witzig
Certified Public Accountant
Joseph has garnered experience at boutique and national firms. He now specializes in providing in-depth tax preparation, accounting & advisory services to businesses and individuals that are local (Oregon) or out-of-state. He is also adept at handling a variety of estate and nonprofit, tax and accounting matters. Joseph grew up near Portland, participated in collegiate athletics, and went to college in Portland. He served in the Army for a term, living near Austin, Texas. He has a Master of Financial Analysis degree from Portland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Oregon. He now lives in Clackamas County with his family. By combining his experience and desire to serve, he aims to provide an outstanding experience.

William Witzig
Enrolled Agent
William's Enrolled Agent designation (EA) is the highest credential the Internal Revenue Service awards, and gives him the ability to represent taxpayers in collections, audits and appeals. With a meticulous understanding of tax laws, he offers clients tailored and comprehensive tax services. William grew up near Portland, and then spent a few years living in Idaho and Washington with his family before they moved back to the area. He held jobs in the real estate and auto industries prior to beginning his accounting career. Known for his personalized approach, William is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest tax laws and regulations, thus ensuring that his clients receive reliable and knowledgeable advice.

Tiffany Li
Tax Manager
With over 13 years of accounting experience, Tiffany has a wealth of knowledge in tax, accounting, payroll and assurance. She served on staff for eight years at Dowsett, Fogg & Doler PC (CPAs), four years as an accountant in aerospace manufacturing, and as Office Manager at an import and export company. Born in China, Tiffany relocated to Newport, Oregon, at the age of 12. She holds an accounting degree from Portland State University. In her personal time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and exploring Portland’s diverse culinary scene and natural beauty. Tiffany is committed to accuracy and efficiency, while leveraging her extensive accounting and tax experience to deliver exceptional service and support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Jessie Gonzalez
Staff Accountant
Jessie started at the firm on a seasonal basis during the 2025 tax season, but has returned to the team as a year-round, full-time staff. He works to assist individuals and small businesses in strengthening financial organization and compliance. He brings a broad professional background, shaped by both military service and corporate roles, which gives him practical insight into how people and businesses operate. He and Joseph Witzig once served together on an eight‑person military intelligence team overseas and in Texas, an experience that sharpened his skills in operations and teamwork. His experience across multiple regions of the world and industries has honed his communication and analytical abilities, allowing him to approach tax and accounting matters with precision and professionalism. Jessie is an Alabamian who is captain of his BCA Billiards team and enjoys spending time with his family.

Stephanie Mooers
Operations Manager
Stephanie Mooers joined the firm with 20 years of experience as the Office Manager for the CPA firm Dowsett Fogg & Doler, PC., and 10 years of related administrative support working alongside Physicians, Construction CEO’s, Wastewater Treatment Techs and Food Brokers. Stephanie has a passion for providing effective assistance to all team members while maintaining strong communication, productivity and enthusiasm. Her goal is to streamline any processes that will enhance and contribute to the company’s overall success. Stephanie claims to “wear many hats” to get the job done. In her off hours, Stephanie enjoys fishing, arts & crafts and spending as much time as she can with her family.
